What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form or tell us on the phone: your name, phone number, email, the address of the house, and what you want done. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we use it for

Quoting and doing your job, and keeping a record of it afterwards for warranty purposes. That is all.

Passing your details to another contractor

Sometimes we cannot help — the work is a trade we do not do, the house is outside our area, or we are booked past when you need it. When that happens we would like to be able to hand you to someone good rather than leaving you to start again.

We will only do that if you have ticked the box on the quote form saying we may. It is unticked by default. If you leave it unticked we will still tell you who we would recommend — we just will not pass your details on, and you can call them yourself.

We may receive a referral fee from a partner contractor when work we refer goes ahead. It does not change what you pay, and we will tell you when it applies.

Changing your mind

Email quotes@drysideexteriors.ca and we will withdraw the consent, delete your details, or send you what we hold. No forms, no conditions.

Dryside Exteriors handles personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
