How we do it
- Tear-off and disposal of the old cladding included, not billed as an extra
- New housewrap and flashing behind everything — the part nobody sees and everybody skips
- Insulated vinyl option where the wall cavity is thin
- Rotten sheathing found mid-job is priced and shown to you before it is replaced

- Panels cupping, rippling or coming loose in wind
- Chalky residue on your hand after touching it
- Faded unevenly, or cracked around nail heads
- Aluminum siding that dents if you lean on it
Expected service life: 30–40 years for vinyl. Aluminum from the 1970s is well past it.
